I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Harris and have been a loyal customer for the past 15 years. However, during my most recent visit, there was an unfortunate incident. My husband accidentally left his shaver in our hotel room when we checked out on the morning of June 7. We contacted the hotel the following day, June 8, to ask if it had been found. Although the staff kindly checked, they were unable to locate the item.
We are quite certain the shaver was left behind, as it was not in our luggage when we arrived home, and we had gone directly home without making any other stops. While I truly appreciate the hotel team's efforts to assist us, the experience has left me somewhat disappointed.
Nonetheless, I remain grateful for the courteous service and hope future stays will continue to reflect the standard I’ve come to appreciate over the years.
